A/C upgrades and roof coating

I have a 3' foot fifth wheel with two slide outs and only one A/C unit. The trailer lives in N. Mexico and with summer coming up I need more A/C. I was thinking of putting a window unit in. I have duct work but a extra hole in the bedroom for a second roof unit. Any suggestions
I'm going down this weekend ans was thinking of coating the roof with a rubberized coating. I have two full days to do the roof can I put multiple coatings on? Any special coatings I should use?
