In france, the cost for RV rental is basically 500€ a week for a 20 feet RV, for four people
But the expense can be higher if you want the latest class A camper.
Generally 800 to 1000 miles are included and ~0.5€ per additional mile
Of course, you have to add the insurance (~50€)

There are also people like you and me who rent their own RV via websites or ads
