Hi, guys. If you ever travel with children, see if you can find a Kids Fishing Rodeo to attend.
The ones we have enjoyed in the past are free for the kids/families. Local merchants donate tackle boxes, fishing poles, and more to be given as prizes. They give prizes for heaviest fish, longest fish, and most fish caught. They also draw names for door prizes, so nearly every child there ends up getting a prize.
