We see and hear about lots of jet boat and jet ski accidents, many associated with inexperienced or careless drivers , and others associated with experienced or even professional drivers. Here's one pair of "pros" attempting to shoot the rapids with a very unfortunate result.

These spectators weren't so amused when this boat left the water after the skipper lost control - click here.
 
Man those boats are fast..............would have to be very difficult to drive and maintain control.  On the last one, those spectators would have probably never thought the boat would go that far up the bank..........didnt look like anyone was seriously hurt.....PHEW !
 
I guess I am wasting my jet boat's potential the way I putter around Smith Mountain Lake in it.  Oh, well...
