GPS 'Spoofing' Could Threaten National Security

Not exactly news.. I mean it was part of the plot of a James Bond Movie (IN this movie ships, WARSHIPS, are being hijacked, GPS spoofing is used to run them off course so they can't be found.. James, of course, finds them)

It's been the subject of numerous articles over the last 10 or so years that I"ve  read

So it's not exactly news

And yes, it is a danger.. What it is not is all that easy to pull off and even harder to get away with.

But then.... There is a good side to it too.

If some idiot hacker tries it.. And the Military takes the threat seriously.. That may be one hacker who is "Retired" and hacks no more

A few more try it and ... Perhaps the hackers will get the word.. Hacking dangerous, can reslut in people getting killed..

And I'd not mind seeing some hackers, and spamers, and selected other internet criminals the target of military actions.
