Is there a rack that fits on the back of a 5th wheeler to carry my Ruckus scooter. The scooter weighs 192 lbs.

Well, if you have a class 3 hitch at the rear of the 5th wheel they make a scooter rack that fits into it. Not sure what you will have to do to equalize the weight though.
