The attached picture shows is an "Endeavour 44 PowerCat" with a RV A/C on the roof of the cockpit hard top dodger.
If interested take a look at their 40 footer (both original and new version). The floor plan is quite unique for a catamaran because of the foreword owner's stateroom and side guest stateroom. Most catamarans put the two berths in the stern end of each hull.
