Pet Birds into Canada?

We have two Amazon Parrots, and looks like they will out-live me and the wife, hell probably all of us, so they will be traveling with us when we hit the road for a few years in a few years.

Can they go into Canada, and back without quarantine or whatever?

How about if we say they are bear food?  (don't tell the wife!)

You're not allowed to feed the bears so that excuse won't work.
