Here's another picture of the Sun Dog we all saw at Quartzsite yesterday.  I used Photoshop's auto color feature to enhance the color a little.  Did see another one today but didn't have the camera out.

I split these messages off from the QZ signup topic into their own topic to make it easier for folks to find the rally reports and photos.

Hi Bob,

We are sorry that we cannot at least stop by to say hi this year. Even though the RV School is doing their gathering also, we will not be attending with them either this year. Too many things going on right now for us in Yuma.

So have a great time and hello to everyone. Hope to see you all next year,

Jerry & Arlyne Ray

Well, the activity of the day for those of us parked at the end of the row of 2009 QZ attendees was to watch Jeff and Terry replace a motosat dish with one Jeff bought early this morning.  It took 2 guys to install and 3 on the ground.  The weather was partly cloudy with no wind, so we weren't too worried about the guys being blown off the coach roof.  ;D

For those of you still in "cold country" the weather here this year is the best it's been over the last several years...beautiful.

The pictures are self explanatory.

Marsha~

THURSDAY POT LUCK PICTURES

This was "Show and Tell" day. I took a lot of pictures so it will take awhile to sort them out, reduce the size, and such -- but will post what I can for now.  Margi, am glad you like the name/fileName concept. I will continue that as much as I can tho some will be still numbered as they came from the camera . . .

One cannot tell what each forum member is Showing and Telling exactly - but from their happy expressions plus the props most are showing, it's easy to tell a good time was had around the Framily circle this evening. Some of the stories were especially rewarding -- such as Fred showing the Teddy from the group to hug per doctors orders during his surgery last January -- and his thanks to all for their support.

Will try to upload more tomorrow.  ;)

Enjoy.

Good start Bob!  They're turning out quite well.  But then we would expect nothing less!  ;)

I agree!  Peg's quilt is absolutely beautiful.  I hope she enters it in a competition.  I treasure the quilt she made for me when I was recovering from surgery in early 2002.

Margi

Russ and Tom Jones both look like they're telling fish stories - the one that got away was THIS big!  And, you're right, Peg's quilt is lovely.  I'll say so on her behalf 'cause I know she won't brag about it.  ;)

ArdraF

Russ has more fish stories and underwater photos than anyone I know.
