Here in the Motorcoach Country Club (a Monaco developed RV park), Monaco has apparently stopped paying their bills. According to the employees here, the banks are controlling the checks and the local contractors are forced to file liens to get paid. Not a good trend if true, can filing for bankruptcy be in the near future?

Doesn't sound good.  Lets hope it is just a rumor.

Nothing would surprise me after seeing these scary RVIA shipment numbers:  http://www.rvia.org/AM/Template.cfm?Section=Shipments

The reports I have seen say that Monaco has all its RV resort properties  up for sale and there are negotiations under way for some of them (supposedly buyouts by the park owner associations or a friendly third party).

The current lot owners are trying to buy out Monaco's share of the Outdoor Resorts/Signature park in Las Vegas.
