I am looking for suggestions on covering up some old water damage from previous owner.
Around the side bedroom window there was a leak.
It has been repaired with a strip of wood to allow for the blinds to be attached to the wall safely.
It is only about a 2 inch area that is hidden by the curtains.

However I would love to know a material that could be laid on the walls in the bedroom to repair this and make it lo ;Dok new.
Wallpaper would work, but would not restore the integrity of the wall.
Wood panelling?? White in color??

Thanks

Jason

Would you be cutting out the damaged section or just layering something over it?

There are pre-finished panels available, typically made for bathroom walls. You would probably have to paint it to get solid white, if that's what you need. Or jsut get a piece of 1/4" luan plywood and cut to fit.
