Anyone interested in what a Mexico Specialist on International Issues feels about closing of the border with U.S. should read the current (3/4/09) M3 Report. It is pretty chilling that a Mexico Specialist could have such an attitude. I don't know whether this "specialist" is an official Mexican representative.
