Monaco has announced it signed a non-binding letter of intent ot sell its recreational vehicle business to Navistar. This is subject to the bankruptcy court approval. they hope to have a definitive agreement by early April.
Monaco is still looking for a buyer for the resorts business.

I expected that.  Since Navistar already owns the majority interest in the Roadmaster chassis business, the deal makes sense. If for no other reason than to provide a market for the Roadmaster chassis, since nobody else uses it.
