I have a general question for you guys.  When my MH is not in use i store it outside and leave it pluged in all the time.  Is this good or bad for the batteries?  I'm in the process of having two 6V batteries installed and do not want to damage these.

I have a 2007 Winnebago Aspect class C and I leave it plugged in all the time thats it's home
haven't had any problems, it has 2  12 volt deep cycle batteries , just keep and eye on the water in them, I use bottled distilled water in them.
I also leave the refrigerator on all the time too.  so far everything is good.  :)
fulltimers leave there's plugged in all the time and I haven't heard of any problems, just keep the batteries filled and there shouldn't be any problems.

Depends on the quality of the charging system and I have no idea what is in yours.  Generally, as long as you keep the batteries topped up with water (I'm assuming they are flooded cell batteries), nothing will go wrong. But let them run dry...
