The dinette end of the slide on my 2004 Adventurer is hanging up on the way out. At the moment it begins to settle downward it looks like it is hanging up on the bar that holds the carpet in place under the slide. The carpet bar is getting twisted and hanging up on the edge of the floor just before it drops over the edge. ??? It is looking a little twisted but I have no idea how one would get under there to straighten it or replace it? Do any of you Winnie experts have any experience with this?

Check for a protruding screw head or some such on the bottom of the slide. It maybe catching on the carpet.

Sometimes the slide tilts enough to get underneath, but perhaps not enough if you have to actually replace the carpet molding or screw it down tighter. That could require removal of the slide, which would require professional help for most people.
