Country Coach resumed operations back in April but still under the control of the US Bankruptcy Court. They have sold and built 6 coaches since then and have a deposit on #7, but are still losing money. It costs them  $1.00 to generate $0.96 in revenue and they are $3.7M further in debt than before. The judge gave them til the end of the year to turn it around.

The good news for some CC owners is that CC will finally refund the deposits they took for last fall's CC owner's rally. The rally was canceled but the bankruptcy prevented a refund. The judge has now ruled that Cc can refund the money.
