Bike racks?

Does anybody have recommendations on a roof mounted bike rack?  I've been researching and have found this one

If you have cross-bars in place, you can look at Thule and Yakima also for roof rack mounted bike racks.  I know with the Thule that you need to buy a section for each bike and they mount to your crossbars.  It has the advantage that you can configure it to the number of bikes you have, plus you can adjust their side-to-side position to your liking.  On the flip-side, it's probably more expensive than a single one that holds 4 bikes.
