Ok, next problem. I need a piece to a latch. I looks like this. It's for a door on the storage underneath on the outside. "Basement storage door?"

This is a picture of the other one on the door, that's not broken. I just need the black part that slides back and forth in the spring, that actually does the latching. Looks like someone tried to close the door and it didn't slide back and broke off. I search for it earlier, but had no success.
