Where to find furnace duct?

I need to replace all the furnace ducts because of mice, everytime i fire it up it brings up an unpleasent oder and i have already tried cleaning them out but to no avial. Im having a hard time finding a source. Can anyone help me?
 
What kind of ducts are they?  If they are the aluminized material, any home supply store has them in varying diameters.  If they are sheet metal, go to a sheet metal shop and they will have to fabricate them.  You may luck out though.  If they are conventional round metal ducting, home centers like Menards etc should also have them.

It was a fiberglass fabric flex tube very much what you would see in aluminum. I went to Home Depot and they had the aluminum stuff ni 4' but im still having trouble finding anything that is 2' and anywhere near affordable. HD does have 3' and if I cant find a good solution in 2' I may convert all the 2' ducting to 3'.
