jlesner welcome to the rvforum.
On your good bed slide before pulling all the way out take a look under bed and see what is on the bottom of the good bed to see what stops it against the sidewall. You may fine some stops that have fallin off bed that does not stop at sidewall. If they have been misplaced make something similar or try a dealer, you will save money DIY.

Check for 'stop' at end of bed that hangs down a bit & hits the end of wall. Also check for 'stops' in rail/slider to keep 'wheel' from running out the end. Have had both kinds. GoodLuck. Should be easy fix once you figure out what 'type' you have. K
