My shower is leaking heavily.  The hot and cold knobs seem ok, but the middle knob to seitch from faucet to the shower head has a small stream coming out at all times.  Took it off and the stem is plastic unlike the metal hot and old stems. Went to home depot and Lowes and cant find a similar stem.  Anyone had to replace this?
I didnt see a link for parts this old on the Winnie site.

You won't find this sort of plumbing fixture in the usual home centers, but RV and mobile home places will have it or something like it.
