We are new to rv forum but not to owning an rv we have a 92 damon hornet just 23 feet, it was a one owner rig, we thought that had good upkeep but to our surprize it had alot of things wrong and going wrong, now 6 years and 40000 miles later, we have a leak in upper bunk that will not stay fixed , so our plan is to remove the bunk and just rebuild with a little nub of overhang like the smaller 'b' has, now has anyone done this or seen it done we hope to do it all or mostly ourselves, my husband is pretty handy but needs a plan and some advice from someone who has done this..so if you are out there and have some information for us please let us know we need all the advice we can muster, we will appreciate all help, thanks in advance
