I also bought the socket genie, it works great, but the drill must be substantial.
My 18 volt cordless almost burned up.
The only drills I have found that work are a really big D handle dewalt 1/2 in.  , a  monster, or the Milwaukee Hole Hawg.
But not the super hawg, its too fast.the drill must provide really high torch at very slow speeds.
The new regular hole hawg with the 300 rpm speed is ok and easliy raises the largest pop ups, but watch the speed.
you can tear out the pulleys under the pop up.
go slow and in small spurts.
of course the drill go for a higher price then the installed power lifts.
my dealer said the power lifts,  are not available for the fleetwood evolution 3, with air conditioning, but all the brochures said it was available.
anyone elas put a power lift on an Fleetwood Evolution 3, with AC.
