Replacing vanity and top

My vanity top was rotting from the shower and so was the shelf in the cabinet. I decided to rip it out and build a new one. I know a lot about cabinetry, but when it comes to rv's, all that goes out the window. They put the vanity in first and drilled the hols for all the pipe later. It was a job ripping it out the vanity without hurting the pipes. The vanity cabinet is all 1/8" oak venner and mdf.
Here is the before and after pics of the vanity and pipes. I will post pictures of the finished vanity and top when it is complete.

They do like to make things difficult on RVs. Looking forward to seeing the "after" pictures.
