IF you are turned down by workhorse for REIMBURSEMENT on brake work done you can file a complaint with www.ftc.gov. I suggest you do it by phone so you can talk to a real person. I was told by one of there reps that they would love to tackle this problem but need as many reports as poss for them to do anything. We had to do this with nhtsa to get a recall on the brakes and yes it was a long fight with wh and their reps on the other sight but we won. So please take alittle time to file the complaint. P.S. I filed a complaint because of the info that wh sent us about not reimburshing anyone who had failures before nov 2007. So you dont have to be turned down to file a complaint but just have a veh in this recall.
