Does anyone here subscribe to this service?

http://www.lowclearances.com/

Looks like it could be $20 worth of great info, especially for newer RV owners.

I've been planning on subscribing for one year to get the data. Figured I would wait til next spring, though, to give them some more time to get errors and omissions corrected.

A couple of items in their FAQ makes me wonder:

1. What does a subscription give you other than updates for a year?
2. Auto renewing always bothers me.
3. They mention using 2D maps for planning routes. The default for mine is 3D. I am guessing there is a  limitation there somewhere.

Looks like the first year sub gets you the base data, then additional years would just be updates. Presumably not a lot of updates once the data base is more-or-less complete, since new low clearances don't get built very  often.

The Auto-renew means they garner income from folks who don't pay attention.
