I had heard you have to belong to some other organization before you can apply to coach-net for road service coverage.   Is this true?

You can sign up directly with Coach-Net but it also has a lot of arrangements with others. Members of Good Sam and FMCA can get a discount by buying the plan thru them. Some coach/chassis manufacturers or their owners' clubs offer free or discounted memberships also. But again, you can always call Coach-Net and buy from them.

No, not true, but they do ask,  at least on line,  when I joined them. I didn't even know what they were asking, so I typed in "what?" and it was accepted and I have my CoatchNet Card.

For more info, see here.

So I belong to the "what?" organization.  I will let you joint it too, for free.  ;D
