What is a good price for the Flagstaff HW 31 SCTH?

Hello all!

We're hoping someone will be able to help us out. We're looking into getting a 2010 Flagstaff HW 31 SCTH pop-up. Of course the dealership price quoted to us (23k) was a lot more than the 2010 Rockwood Roo 232L price. Interesting...eh? There's no way we'll pay that much for that trailer. Is there a wholesaler dealer near AZ that sell this Flagstaff pop-up? Where we live, we can store the pop-up at our house but we would have to pay a monthly fee to store the hybrid. Last question, what is a good price to pay for the pop-up? Our goal is no more than 14-15k. Are we completely way off base?

Just for grins I ran a google search for the HW 31 SCTH and virtually every one was listed at $23K.  (some adds did not specify a price, but all that did wanted 23K).  Some were in AZ and others were not.
