how will you take Gordon sightseeing?  He's a little large to ride in a basket.

Dang, hadn't thought about that ! And how can we get him to the local dog parks ? Maybe we need to buy one of those kid trailers for the bikes so he can go with us? Oh, yeah, that would be fun, biking and hauling a 90-pound dog ! Not to mention that the bikes are also damaged.

YIKES! I wish some one warned me about the crazy driving here in Calif. Im in Bakersfield today, driving here is like watching that Mad Max, Road warrior movie, no one signals, stop sign dont mean nothing, some of the cars on the road here aren`t even worth $20. Im afraid to get on the highway again to get out of here. Glad you guys are OK, sorry about the bug, my 1st car was a 62 bug.

I missed this entirely.  Sorry for you misfortune folks.  It seems true that bad things happen to good people.  Probably won't change anytime soon.

Did I see somewhere that it was a woman driving the truck?

Yep. Proud feminist that I am, I'm ashamed to say that my first thought was "damn woman driver" - my bad. She's an owner/operator, was very apologetic, and took complete responsibility.
