Hey guys,
I had to quickly turn around my original financing for my MH when I purchased it and have since been looking for ways to refinance. However, as soon as the bank hears that I'm a fulltimer and my MH is titled in an LLC in Montana, they won't do anything. One or the other is ok, but both and the banks won't touch it.
Does anyone have experience with a bank that will do fulltime LLC loans?
