If it's a Voyager brand camera, this may be what you're looking for. It's the side-camera installation sheet from Voyager (asaelectronics).

I had to replace 2 on my 2006 Voyage as they fogged up inside the lens. Guess what, the 2 replacements also fogged up! Art
