Driving the i-way
« on: March 12, 2005, 02:22:47 PM »
I saw the Lowrance i-way series of navigation products at Quartzsite but, due to the crowd around the booth, I wasn't able to play with them or ask too many questions. They come in various screen sizes, and some models have a built-in MP3 player. Has anyone used one of these products or had a chance to figure out if their maps are any good?

Pioneer has a slick unit too. Shows maps as well as plays CDs and such. Can be used with or without a GPS too.  I don't know anyone who has one, though, not have I had an opportunity to see it close up or ask questions.
