Dinette table change out

I have a 2008 Itasca Cambria 26A with the round table dinette with a one piece base. I saw the new 2010 Cambria and it had the telescoping table base. Can the base be changed out on my table? I like the telescoping idea and it would be easy to move the table up and down.
 
I just got my new Camping World 2010 Master Catalog. I fould the 3-stage table pedestal on page 121, PN #47698, $290.00. I think that this might work for my table pedestal change out. Any thoughts about this?

I ordered the pedestal and have installed it. It was easy to do and it works great. Very easy to raise and lower the table. My wife can even do it and she is very happy we made this mod to the RV.
