When I got the system installed in Calgary last Sept. they said this is the best system for when you go down south for the winter. The Nomad sd2 box that finds the satellite is shot, and no one around Yuma can help me out with it. Also the Motosat automatic dish on the roof cant handle windy day, it looses signal. If you plan on snow birding down south I would find a better TV system, Rich out.

My Nomad sd2 controller works fine. However the very strong winds here in AZ would probably have pushed the dish off satellite. Certainly, my previous 24 inch standard def dish (for the trip to AK) was very susceptible to wind. The current HD dish is much more resistant.
