When I first entered the USAF many years ago, I was instructed by my Drill Instructor that "If it moves, salute it..... If it doesn't move, then paint it".......... I have used that saying ever since, but NOW the "slime-balls, dink-wad" NY politicians have a more current definition, and that is, "If it moves, tax it and if it doesn't move, tax it".............. AND, when "they" say they won't raise taxes, BEWARE because other terms are substituted (just like the Feds change the term "Economic Recovery". Bottom line is that when the word "tax" becomes politically sensitive, just substitute with another term which means the same, but sounds different.
