U.S. Forest Service Chief Tom Tidwell announced Wednesday (March 17)  his decision not to implement proposed changes to fees charged to holders of passes at Forest Service campgrounds operated by private businesses. The chief?s decision means seniors and people with disabilities will continue to receive a discount at Forest Service campgrounds run by private concessions, according to a press release. . .

Thanks to all who wrote the forest service, as we were not aware this had come up. My wife has the disabled pass and we like to use it when we can.
 
Keep an eye out Becks. This is the government so they could change their minds any time and take away our Access and Geezer passes. Vigilence, ever vigilance.

now that we're drilling for oil off the east coast in the next decade(maybe) I'll believe most anything.
