8.5 X 20 Enclosed Trailer (American Trailer) question

Just bought this 2008 subject car hauling/cargo trailer. I notice (now) that both axles are slightly bowed up exactly in the middle - maybe 1 inch. Is this how they are made?

I tried calling the manufacturer in Calif - but no one is home there (maybe out of business)

i think most trailer manufacturers use axles built by someone else. DEXTER is one such axle and components manufacturer.

All trailers have what is called camber built into the axle. this is normal. as long as it is bowed up. When weight is added the axles will tend to straighten out.
