After our maiden voyage in our new 5Th wheel, we had throw away a bunch of very nice, very broken dinnerplates, saucers, and bowls.  I am having difficulty finding unbreakable dinnerware that is also microwave safe.  Any suggestions or sources would be appreciated.

Easy, Corelle by Corning.  Tho not completely ubreakable (only metal is), a set has lasted us 15 years in a travel trailer woth no shock absorbers.  No breakage at all in that span of time.

Corelle. Really needs to be abused to break (don't slam a plate on the floor). And if you need replacement pieces, you can find them at replacements.com

We have Corelle too.  Also Corningware for the ovens.

We replaced our ugly plastic with Corelle.  Happened to jump a curb in slow motion and the upper cabinet door opened dropping the corelle set onto the vinyl floor.  Not one broke, we were surprised but lesson learned, make sure dishes are on rubber mat so they don't slide out.  Haven't jumped any curbs lately but have had no problem with dishes breaking even when dropping them.

Corelle is really, really rugged, but watch out if it ever does shatter. Hundreds of tiny glass-like slivers may result, so vacuum carefully after. Merely sweeping up the pieces generally won't do it. We learned this the hard way!

Thanks to all of you for the kind input.  I will try your suggestions.
