I had thought that my 83 pace arrow 30` was built upon a work horse chassis, but have been told in TECH that it is a p30. who or whabuilt this chassis ?

The Workhorse company did not exist in 1983, so your P30 chassis was built by Chevrolet. Workhorse bought the Chevy RV chassis business in 1999 and continued to build the p30, with continual improvements in design. They also designed some new chassis, e.g. the W16/W20/W22/W24 and the R-series.

Thanks Gary, so they are both basically the same. Difference being in the year of manufacture and company name.
