1999 Winnebago Adventurer horn will not work

does anyone have the fix for the horn making a clicking sound under the dash panel but no horn sound. The horn relay was replaced but the same results. Could the horn itself be bad and if so have can it be checked?
 
Sounds like the clicking sound is from the relay. You could check the horn with an el cheapo electrical meter set to ohms. You could replace the horn. Does the horn do anything at all if you're near it when someone else presses the button?
