Considering a 2007 Friendship 8411: Any thoughts?

We're considering purchasing a 2007 Friendship 8411 with the 400 Cummins option. This is a unit with the atrium slideout.  Does anyone have any experience with this unit or thoughts on what we should be wary of? Thanks!
 
I remember looking at one of the Atruim models and I thought it was a really neat idea. Is this the model with the bath in the rear?
 
No, this unit does not have a rear bath, it has a standard wardrobe across the rear.  It's only my wife and I and our 3 dogs so we figured one bath is enough for just us. Ha!
