As we were coming from North Dakota toward the Ruwards on MT 200 we started thinking about a place to stay for the night.  We had previously stayed at Glendive, but we didn't want to stop quite that early.  Jerry thought he remembered seeing a campground in the tiny town of Circle.  There wasn't anything listed in any of our printed materials or the POIs in the GPS so we stopped at the Montana Welcome Center.  The welcome lady confirmed there is a campground in Circle and gave us the information needed to call.  Yes, he could fit a 40-foot motorhome in a long pull-through site.  We told him we expected to arrive about 3:35.  As we turned off MT 200 Jim met us in his truck and led us into the campground and to our site.  Nice thing to do, especially since he's on crutches with a broken leg!

The Horse Creek Trailer Court & RV doesn't look like much - mainly a big grassy mowed area with about four scattered trailers - but what a pleasant surprise.  We expected maybe 30-amps and water if we were lucky.  It just goes to show, you can't tell a book by its cover!  Much to our surprise we had full hookups, including 50-amp!  No big trees so satellite friendly.  Good Verizon with 3 or 4 bars.  The sites are all long pull-throughs with easy in and out.  Blissfully quiet - no highways, no railroads, no airports, no boat horns.  Right across the drive was the laundry and another surprise.  The laundry belongs to the campground, but can be used by the townfolk so it's good sized.  All new front-loading washers and dryers, including some huge ones for things like comforters.  A number of carts for clothes.  It has a nice bathroom with paper towels and soap.  And the whole place was clean.  The only negative was the change machine which Jim said was "broken again" and the "worst investment" he ever made.  Not to worry, he lives in one of the trailers and has quarters.  All-in-all, this was a good place to stop for the night.  It's not fancy, but if you're on your way to or from the Ruwards, it's about 190 miles from Lewistown.
