My wife and I have been RVing for about a year, we have a 40 Diesel pusher tow a Beetle and live north of Atlanta, Ga. We are beginning a trip west the first week of August with planned stops at the Grand Canyon, Tetons, Yellowstone and Cody, WY. Are route will take us through Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and then north through Colorado . We have to be in Des Moines, the third week of September. Any advice anyone can give regarding campsites, sights to see, variations in the trip, weather, etc would be very much appreciated.
