So because the side (cargo area) panel between the door threshold and the Kwikee stairs was beat all to heck... I decided to build a new one (and a few others too)
That project is proceeding smoothly except for when I reinstalled the door yesterday.
The latches are NOT aligning. It's only off by about 3/16" but that is enough to be a PITA. It closes but it has to be slammed to do so.
Is there any bit of advice available from someone who has learned this the hard way?
Questions:
Is there some special procedure I should have done?
Anything about HOW the door should be set?
Anything?
