The file opens just fine. You may need to enable Excel or some other spreadsheet program as a helper program in your browser.

If you don't have Office (for Excel) get OpenOffice. The OO spreadsheet will read Excel files just fine.
I have converted the .XLS file to a .CSV file and attached it. You can read this in just about any spreadsheet program, and I believe Access should read it to.
It's in a .ZIP file as Tom isn't allowing .CSV files.

In Access, open or create a database program, go to Files, Get External Data, Import, then scroll down the list of Files of Type and you'll find Text Files, of which .CSV files are a part.

Sorry to be a PITA, but could you put the website addresses in the file too - then we can see what the place is like before heading there - we can also email a reservation rather than using our pre-pay mobile.

Sure that's possible. Tell you what I will do. You send me 20 parks advertising free WiFi and I will put hyperlinks in for all 500.
If you put this file in MS S&T as push pins and then using Find it will show the push pin in the vicinity as free wifi. For example, Type Tok, AK in the upper left box and click on Find. Then go View>Show or Hide Places>Places>Select Campgrounds>OK. Then go Tools>Find Nearby Places> When you zoom in it shows all nearby campgrounds and also the RVFreeWiFi push pin.

OK - I admit to using this list from elsewhere - even I am not THAT quick at finding stuff.
Im sure you will have most of these, but some may be of use to you ??
Regarding the previous question - yes, I can see how to locate the wifi CGs when looking at smaller 'close up' maps of an area - the problem I have is that my whole screen (whole USA map) is covered with the pushpins - is there any way to remove them from the standard view ??

No more updates until I finish. I am presently adding hyperlinks to the list and confirming that each camp site actually advertises free WiFi. I am doing this alphebetically by State and have just finished California. I have gone from 480 listings to 450. :-[
If you think 450 push pins on the map is bad, put in the Super Wally file, it has 1500.
