Hello... I am trying to take my waitering career on the road and wondered if there was anyone that had experience with this, or had encountered anyone with this career on the road?

Gary,

No personal experience but we have run into waiters(esses) who travel from one place to another.  The first one worked summers in Bozeman MT, fishing, and winters in Park City UT, skiing.  Since the we have run ito others that travel around the National parks, or other resort locations.  Several have had RVs, north in summer, south in winter!

Again, no direct experience nor lasting contacts.

Although we didn't work outside a campground, I cooked as my wife waited tables in two RV parks over the years.  The money is nothing like a friend of ours made over the years.  She worked in a restaurant in Virgina in the summer and made enough to stay in Florida for the winter.
