From the time I took possession of my '07 TAB in April, '07 I've been plagued with what sounds to be a metal-to-metal noise coming from the rear upper part of the front passenger slide (made by HWH). The dealership referred me to Red Bay, and last Fall a three or four-man team there worked at it, making adjustments, which I understood were to the front and rear rollers. It seemed to quiet the problem somewhat for a few months; however, now it's as bad as ever. With the room in, the top of the slide to ceiling measures: front - 3 in.; rear - 3 5/8in. Also, I've found the tightening nut on the rear roller adjustment very loose. I cranked the rear up to about 3 l/4in, but have yet to drive the unit. Questions are: has anyone had a similar problem and what proved to resolve it? also, can anyone advise me just how adjustments can safely be made (by the owner)? Perhaps, there's a manual of instructions available? Many thanks...
