Any opinions on Flagstaff trailers?

Recently I read about someone selling a 2009 L.T.D. 176 Flag Staff by Forest River, asking $5000 obo (Canadian), only been used twice.  Does anyone have any opinions on Flagstaff, good or bad?

Flagstaff is the sister to the Rockwood which we have.  It's been quite good for the cost and we've been quite happy.  We live it in eight months of the year and it is lasting well.  I think the Flagstaff is fine as compared to other rigs in that price range..
 
We just bought a 2011 Flagstaff 176LTD a few months ago and love it.  We've only taken it out a few times so far, but no problems and it seems to be pretty well put together.  We paid just under $6K out the door (including TT&L) and it has a fridge and furnace but no a/c.
