Hello,
While there may be a Winnibago specific manual out there, it would not cover items that are not Winnibago. For example: refrigerator, air conditionner, television, radio, furnace, water heater, ...
You would need to go to the manufacturer of these items for the manual.
Here is one source that has several manuals for common appliances:
http://bryantrv.com/owners.html
There are others out there. It's easier to Google for them using the manufacturer and model number as search criteria.

Perhaps - give Winnebago Owner Relations a call. If they can't get the entire document into your hands, they might be able to copy any areas of interest for you.

The Winnebago RV Parts and Accessories Catalog (http://www.lichtsinn.com/winnebago-parts-catalog.aspx) lists the Owner's Manual for "1989 Winnebago & Itasca All" as part number 054185-31-000. You should be able to order that from your local dealer or from Lichtsinn Motors in Forest City (http://www.lichtsinn.com/rv-parts.aspx).
