My buddy called me today about his 96 Dodge ctd 4x4 power steering woes. He had a leaky pump so he installed a reman pump and it had no assist. I reved the engine slightly and it worked perfect. After sitting a couple hours it no longer worked. The fluid was clean & all the air worked out & now has no assist. Has anyone ever had this problem?
